We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist who will help create a seamless, efficient, and people-first experience across the employee lifecycle. This role is for someone who loves bringing structure to processes, solving problems before they become problems, and making sure every detail is handled with accuracy. From pre-onboarding and employee onboarding to offers, background verification, HR systems, and compliance, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our People Operations engine running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle – Pre-onboarding documentation – ensuring alignment with internal policies and SLAs.
Manage the entire employee onboarding procedure, policies and maintenance of records.
Knowledge and Hands on experience in working on various HRMS systems and tools. For example - BambooHR, DarwinBOX, Workday, etc.
Own the BGV process by managing third-party vendors or internal teams to ensure timely and accurate verifications.
Develop and monitor dashboards for offer release and BGV status, report on key metrics and SLAs.
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partners, and Legal to ensure seamless coordination and compliance.
