The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization. The candidate takes responsibility of the software artifacts produced adhering to U.S. Bank standards in order to ensure minimal impact to the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain customer communication templates and correspondence systems supporting multiple U.S. Bank business lines
Serve as a senior owner of template‑driven solutions, ensuring high quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance in customer communications
Support new product launches, enhancements, and regulatory updates impacting customer correspondence
Work hands‑on with customer communication management (CCM) platforms to implement and maintain complex correspondence logic
Manage the full end‑to‑end development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, regression validation, deployment,
