This role offers the opportunity to drive sales performance and strengthen relationships with retail customers across the Solapur market.

The position combines field sales, merchandising, promotional execution, customer engagement, and performance tracking.

Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with retail customers to support sales growth and long-term business development.
Drive product availability and maximize in-store visibility through effective merchandising and execution techniques.
Implement promotional activities in line with commercial plans and ensure that promotions are executed correctly at the point of sale.
Coordinate the purchase, placement, and implementation of merchandising and promotional materials.
Monitor field activities and ensure that agreed sales and execution standards are consistently achieved.
Track and report sales activities, promotional execution, merchandising performance, and relevant field results.
Contribute to achieving defined field KPIs and annual sales objectives through disciplined execution.
Identify opportunities to improve product presence, customer engagement, and sales performance within the assigned territory.
