This role offers the prospect to contribute to complex instrumentation and field engineering projects within a technically sophisticated environment.
You will be responsible for both basic and detailed engineering activities across field instrumentation systems.
The position combines engineering design, technical analysis, vendor coordination, testing, commissioning, and site execution.
You will work closely with project leads, engineering supervisors, manufacturing teams, commercial stakeholders, and project managers.
Your expertise will help ensure that instrumentation solutions meet technical, quality, safety, and project requirements.
The role also provides opportunities to optimize engineering processes and apply modern tools to improve efficiency.
This is a remote position associated with the Pune, Maharashtra, India location, with no relocation package provided.

Accountabilities:




Develop basic and detailed engineering for instrumentation systems and support the execution of field instrumentation projects.
Prepare instrument design bases, general engineering specifications, detailed engineering databases, control valve data sheets, and field instrument specifications.
Develop and review specifications for flow, level, pressure, temperature, and analyzer instruments, including sizing calculations in accordance with applicable international standards.
Evaluate technical and commercial offers from instrument suppliers, prepare technical recommendations and order specifications, and review or approve vendor documentation.
Coordinate with manufacturing teams on instrument production, testing, calibration, and project-specific technical requirements.
Prepare inspection and test plans and participate in the inspection and testing of field instruments and analyzers.
