JOB PURPOSE

This position delivers direct tax processes including but not limited to TDS, Tax filing, Tax-related report preparation, supporting tax legal disputes, internal and external audits & compliance tracking. Would also be responsible for ensuring and monitoring the tax compliance, providing strategic inputs, review of assessment replies and coordinate with Business teams.

written submissions and arguments to be filed before the appellate authorities related to corporate sector.Review taxation publications, decisions & rulings, current and proposed legislation and tax reform measures and assesses application and implications on the corporate sector. Providing advise on direct taxation matter to corporate sector.
