This is an opportunity to join a global healthcare market research environment supporting strategic client relationships and revenue growth.
You will work closely with Sales and Account leadership to manage opportunities from RFP qualification through proposal development and commercial execution.
The role combines pre-sales, account management, pricing, and client engagement, giving you broad exposure to the market research lifecycle.
You will help identify opportunities for incremental revenue through effective upselling, relationship building, and expectation management.
The position also involves collaborating with Client Services and internal teams to support successful project delivery.
Success requires robust commercial judgment, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach.
This is a remote role in India, with working hours aligned to the US Eastern Time Zone.

Accountabilities:
Qualify incoming RFPs, assess project feasibility using internal tools, develop proposals, and establish effective pricing strategies for client bids.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bids, opportunities, and commercial activity within the company’s CRM system.
Partner with Account Directors and Sales Directors to strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities for incremental revenue, upselling, and account growth.
Support client expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle, helping ensure alignment between commercial commitments and project execution.
Collaborate with Client Services teams by providing relevant project information, partner details, and other support needed during delivery.
Assist with client presentations, sales meetings, proposals, and other commercial activities as directed by Sales and Account leadership.
