Role Overview You will be responsible for supporting the successful operation, governance, and financial management of Data, Advanced Analytics and AI portfolio. You will act as the central coordination point for portfolio administration, project governance, financial planning, and team operations, ensuring projects remain aligned with strategic objectives, budgets, and delivery timelines. This role combines PMO excellence, financial stewardship, operational coordination, and stakeholder management. You will work independently with multiple functions (such as Finance, Procurement and IT PMO), navigating organisational processes and governance requirements to enable successful project delivery. In addition, you will support the broader Data, Advanced Analytics and AI function through team engagement activities, vendor management, reporting, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities • Maintain oversight of Data, Advanced Analytics and AI portfolio, ensuring projects adhere to agreed governance processes, delivery milestones, and reporting requirements. • Track portfolio risks,



issues, dependencies, and decisions, escalating concerns where appropriate. • Ensure project documentation, plans, status reports, and governance artefacts remain up to date and audit-ready. • Drive consistency in project management standards, templates, and ways of working across the portfolio. • Support annual planning, demand management, prioritisation, and portfolio forecasting activities. • Manage portfolio budgets, forecasts, actual spend tracking, and financial reporting. • Monitor project expenditure and provide insights to support effective financial decision-making. • Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, contract renewals, and related financial transactions in accordance with company policies. • Partner with Finance, Procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate budget management and timely approvals. • Maintain financial records and support audit, compliance, a
