This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager (Demand Generation and RevOps) based in India.
This is a hands-on marketing operations role focused on building and maintaining a high-performing, outbound-first go-to-market engine. You will own the day-to-day health of the marketing technology stack, with HubSpot serving as the central system of record. The role spans CRM administration, email deliverability, paid media monitoring, reporting, content execution, data quality, and targeting. You will work across technical configuration and campaign execution while using performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. The position offers significant ownership in a rapid-paced, remote environment where accuracy, initiative, and operational discipline are highly valued. You will also collaborate with Sales and wider go-to-market stakeholders to ensure marketing activity is measurable, scalable, and aligned with revenue objectives.

Accountabilities:




Own email infrastructure and deliverability, including mailbox provisioning, domain configuration, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm-up programs, sending-volume management, reputation monitoring, and campaign performance analysis.
Administer and continuously improve HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub, including pipelines, workflows, automation, lifecycle management, integrations, properties, lists, and user support.
Maintain high standards of CRM data quality by managing imports, deduplication, record validation, lifecycle progression, marketing-contact governance, tagging, exclusions, and data-quality queues.
Monitor workflow, integration, attribution, and platform health to ensure reliable data flows and accurate source-to-revenue reporting.
Produce weekly and monthly multi-channel performance reports, dashboards, funnel diagnostics, attribution analyses, and leadership performance packs.
