Must-Have Skills

Robust knowledge of instructional design principles
Experience creating interactive and engaging learning materials
Hands-on experience with multimedia elements such as video, audio, and graphics




Familiarity with Content Management Systems and e-learning platforms
Ability to adapt learning content for diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving and content development skills
