This role will provide dedicated project control discipline across the Property portfolio,
including Workplace Project, interim workspace requirements, relocation activities. The role will support governance, reporting, documentation, financial administration and delivery transparency.
Maintains schedules, milestones, RAID logs, actions and dependencies; produces executive reporting and dashboards; supports change control, governance forums and meeting management; manages documentation, invoicing and project administration; improves auditability, financial governance and delivery visibility.
Essential capabilities
- Strong project coordination, PMO or project controls capability
- Ability to maintain schedules, milestones, RAID logs, actions and dependency trackers
- Executive reporting, dashboard preparation and documentation control experience
- Financial administration, invoice tracking and procurement support capability
- Strong stakeholder coordination, written communication and mee
