Your key responsibilities

Lead and develop the team — clarify ownership, coach team members, build capability, and enable cross-region collaboration.
Align stakeholders — translate business needs into prioritized requirements, backlog decisions, and clear delivery commitments. Introduce and manage champion networks for sub portfolios.
Coordinate end-to-end readiness — partner with Product Engineering and Operations on releases, dependencies, risks, and handoffs.
Drive activation and adoption — lead rollout, communications, training, feedback, and change enablement across Scheduling products.
Measure product success — use data-visualization reports, adoption trends, feedback forms, and stakeholder reviews and enable Product managers for informed decision making
Assure quality — set acceptance criteria, oversee testing and release validation, and resolve gaps before launch.
Own delivery performance — track milestones, KPIs, risks, and decisions; escalate issues promptly and transparently.
Improve continuously — standardize practices, automate repeatable work, and shorten time to value.
