Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade; postgraduate qualifications preferred

Desired Experience Level

7-8+ years of experience in import/export operations,



customs compliance, and logistics within manufacturing environments, preferably electronics or semiconductor industries.

Strong knowledge of Indian customs law, DGFT FTP, hazardous goods regulations, Incoterms, and international logistics practices, DGFT. Experience
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all import, export, and bonded operations in line with Indian customs and foreign trade regulations.

Ensure correct HS classification, customs valuation, country of origin determination, and application of duty benefits, exemptions, and FTAs.

Oversee compliance for electronics and IT goods with DGFT, BIS QCO requirements, and applicable MeitY, WPC, and DOT.

Act as the primary point of contact during customs audits, post-clearance audits, investigations, and regulatory reviews.

Ensure compliance with regulations governing hazardous goods including IATA DGR, PESO, and CPCB/SPCB requirements.
