Overview

We are seeking an audit professional to work with us to develop and deliver a disciplined approach of evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the company’s control, governance and risk management processes, and report the results to senior management.
The Internal Audit Manager will manage audits assignments throughout the planning, fieldwork and reporting phases and manage follow up of reported issues.



The person in this role will be a member of the Global Internal Audit Managers, providing input into the audit planning process, participate in recruitment, conducting the required performance evaluations, and developing, mentoring and coaching audit staff.
There might also be an chance for international travel.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of the annual audit plan.
Manage, and on occasion execute, multiple audit assignments simultaneously as per the audit plan.
This includes the review and approval of the scoping and planning, working papers, closing decks, draft and final reports and regular interaction with key stakeholders throughout the audit.
Review and approve of the documented results of audit work to ensure compliance with the internal requirements and IIA standards.
