Role Description The Business Development Executive – Lead Generation is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups. The executive will build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients,



schedule and participate in introductory calls or meetings, and support the sales team in closing deals. Daily activities include understanding client needs, presenting HangingPanda’s services, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. The role also involves tracking market trends, competitor activities, and contributing to improvement of lead generation strategies.
