People Operations Coordinator – India
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

About the Role
RapidFort is looking for a highly organized and proactive People Operations Coordinator to support our growing team in India and our broader global organization. This role will be based in Bangalore and will provide hands-on support across recruiting coordination, onboarding and offboarding, employee lifecycle administration, HR operations, and cross-functional projects.
As our India organization continues to grow, this role will help create a consistent and positive employee and candidate experience while building scalable People Operations processes.
What You'll Do
Recruiting & Candidate Experience
Coordinate interviews across multiple global time zones.
Schedule interview panels and manage interview logistics.
Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process.
Maintain recruiting documentation and help deliver a qualified, organized candidate experience.




Onboarding & People Operations
Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding.
Track employee lifecycle activities and ensure key tasks are completed on time.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
Support HR compliance and day-to-day operational processes.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and other People programs.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate departmental and company meetings.
Support People, leadership, and other cross-functional operational projects.
Assist with internal communications and documentation.
Partner closely with HR, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Leadership to keep projects and processes moving forward.
IT & Asset Coordination
Coordinate laptop and equipment shipments for employees and consultants.
Maintain accurate tracking of company assets.
Coordinate equipment recovery during employee and consultant offboarding.
