Demand Generation Associate
TAG Lead Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and confident Demand Generation Associates to join our growing team in Pune.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with business professionals over the phone, understands the fundamentals of B2B telecalling, and enjoys creating meaningful conversations with potential buyers.

What You'll Do
Make outbound B2B calls to prospects and decision-makers across different industries and markets.
Engage prospects in professional and meaningful conversations to understand their business needs.
Introduce relevant products, services, or solutions based on campaign requirements.
Qualify prospects based on defined campaign criteria and identify genuine business opportunities.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects through calls and other approved communication channels.
Maintain accurate and updated prospect information in the designated CRM or campaign platform.
Achieve campaign-specific calling, qualification, and performance targets.




Work closely with Team Leaders and Campaign Managers to improve call quality and campaign performance.
Follow approved calling scripts, processes, data protection requirements, and quality standards.
Represent TAG Lead Solution and our clients professionally in every interaction.
What We're Looking For
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Ability to speak confidently with senior business professionals and decision-makers.
Good listening and questioning skills.
Ability to understand prospect requirements and qualify opportunities effectively.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
