We’re hiring: AI Performance Video Editor – D2C / Meta Ads
We’re looking for AI-native editors who are obsessed with creating high-performing ads faster and better than traditional workflows allow.
This is not a standard video editing role.
We want people who actively use AI video generation, image generation, voice, avatars, lip-sync, image-to-video and generative editing tools as part of their everyday creative workflow.
What you’ll be doing
• Creating high-volume D2C performance ads for Meta
• Generating AI product shots, environments, models and lifestyle scenes
• Turning static product images into compelling video creatives
• Creating AI UGC-style content and spokesperson variations
• Using AI to generate hooks, B-roll, transitions, scenes and visual concepts
• Combining generated assets with real footage and traditional editing
• Producing multiple creative variations extremely quickly
• Working directly with Creative Strategists inside product pods
• Iterating creatives based on performance data
We want people who are genuinely strong with tools like




• Midjourney / Flux / ChatGPT Image / similar image-generation tools
• Runway / Kling / Veo / similar AI video tools
• HeyGen / avatar and AI UGC tools
• ElevenLabs / AI voice tools
• Photoshop Generative Fill and AI image editing
• CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects
You do not need to use every tool above.
But if your AI workflow is basically just “I use ChatGPT sometimes,” this role is not for you.
What matters to us
• You understand how to prompt and iterate until the output actually looks good
• You can maintain product consistency across generated scenes
• You understand composition, lighting, framing and visual hierarchy
• You know how to make AI content feel native rather than obviously AI-generated
• You can take a mediocre product image and turn it into an entire library of usable creative assets
• You understand short-form pacing, hooks and retention
• You can move extremely rapid
