Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Advanced Workflow Agent design and configuration
Strong understanding of OTM Data Model and XML Schema
Integration design and development
Performance tuning, scalability configuration, and troubleshooting
Strong Oracle PL/SQL skills
Detailed understanding of Oracle OTM configuration and architecture
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience gathering requirements and developing/implementing effective processes
Customer-focused with robust conflict-resolution and influencing skills
Good to Have:
Java development experience (J2EE, Spring, Coherence, Microservices)
SOA architecture and programming principles
Experience with Schema Design, XML/XSLT, JMS, JAXB2, OXM, and Web Services
Agile software development experience
Logistics and Transportation domain experience
