This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to define project scope and objectives.
Utilize strong Java Fullstack knowledge to guide technical discussions and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and issues.
Facilitate regular project meetings,



providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear communication across all levels.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a cooperative and high-performance work environment.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed requirements.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the delivery management framework.
