Role Description This is a full-time Video Editor role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting the best takes, and creating polished videos aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include editing video content for multiple formats, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics, and collaborating with producers, designers,



and other creatives. The role also involves optimizing videos for various platforms, organizing project files and assets, and meeting deadlines across multiple concurrent projects. The Video Editor is expected to contribute creative ideas, maintain consistency in visual style, and continuously refine workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Video Production and Video Editing for a variety of formats and platforms
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics
Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics to enhance storytelling and visual impact
Experience with Graphics for titles, lower thirds, overlays, and social media assets
Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects)
Attention to detail, strong sense of timing and pacing, and
