Role Description The Digital Media Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves planning, creating, and managing digital media campaigns across social platforms and other online channels to strengthen brand presence. The Digital Media Specialist will monitor performance metrics, analyze web and social media data, and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion. Responsibilities include collaborating with strategy, creative, and account teams to align content and media plans,



maintaining content calendars, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. The role also includes staying updated on digital trends, testing new formats and platforms, and preparing reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Media, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and improve campaign effectiveness.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and client-facing work.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media management tools, ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google), and basic content creation workflows.
