Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and promoting the company’s products in the mining and metals sector. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The position also requires coordinating with internal teams on pricing,



deliveries, and customer feedback, as well as preparing regular sales and activity reports. The role may include supporting training initiatives for team members and participating in marketing campaigns and industry events.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and respond effectively to client needs.
Proven Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed targets, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or metals-related sectors.
Experience in Training or coaching team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Sales Management capabilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting on performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Valuable analytical and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in basic
