The company’s solutions are designed to significantly improve radiologist productivity, with a goal of achieving up to 200% efficiency gains in reporting workflows. U4RAD has developed AI algorithms trained and supervised by radiologists to detect any in-consistency or error in reporting before it is signed off by the Radiologist. Company has developed FOAK tele-reporting app to create first ever market place where Diagnostic centers / Hospitals can choose radiologist of their choice and Radiologist can decide their fees for reporting.
Role Description The CBO – Tele Reporting Marketplace role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. This role involves leading the development and growth of U4RAD’s tele-reporting marketplace, including defining the business model, onboarding Radiologist partners, and building strategic relationships with healthcare institutions and diagnostic centers.



The individual will analyze market trends, identify revenue opportunities, and collaborate with product and technology teams to align platform features with customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, managing key accounts, driving business development initiatives, and providing consulting input on marketplace strategy and operations. The role also requires monitoring KPIs, preparing business reports, and contributing to long-term planning for scaling the tele-reporting ecosystem.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, financial metrics, and operational performance.
Experience in Finance, including budgeting, revenue modeling, and profitability analysis for marketplace or healthcare services.
Background in Business Development for a digital market place, with a track record of acquiring partners, managing relationships, and expanding market reach.
