Key Responsibilities-

• Own the sales cycle from qualified lead to close—discovery, demos, negotiation, and closure—across Zealdesk, Reconfirmation, and Managed Services.

• Partner closely with marketing to build and grow the pipeline—jointly own pipeline health, qualify and nurture campaign- and inbound-generated leads, and drive them through to closure.

• Convert the events pipeline into revenue—work with marketing on trade shows, partner forums, and campaigns, and turn the resulting conversations into qualified opportunities and signed deals.

• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.

• Develop deep relationships with founders, COOs, and heads of operations at B2 B travel agencies, TMCs, and OTAs across domestic and international markets.

• Grow and activate channel partnerships into a repeatable, scalable distribution engine.

• Run consultative, solution-led sales—translating travel-operations pain into clear ROI and business cases.





• Use AI tools to automate and accelerate the sales motion—lead research, outreach and follow-ups, proposal and email drafting, call summaries, CRM updates, and reporting.

• Partner closely with Product and Customer Success to feed market signals into the roadmap and ensure smooth handoffs and retention.

Required Qualifications—

Minimum 4 years of B2 B sales experience, ideally in Saa S, technology, or travel technology. A demonstrable, quantifiable track record of hitting targets — for example: Consistently achieved 100–120%+ of annual sales quota for at least 2–3 consecutive years. Closed ₹1–3 Cr+ in recent annual business (or managed a book of business of comparable scale). Managed and converted a qualified pipeline of 30–50+ active opportunities at any given time.
