We are looking for a builder, not just an executor with the experience: 5+ Years. As a key early member of TruEstates.ai, you will work directly with the founding team to design our digital strategy from scratch and drive end-to-end execution.

This is a high-ownership role for a senior marketing professional who can build scalable growth engines, make data-driven decisions, and independently move from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
Work side-by-side with the founders to develop, execute, and scale comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with core business objectives.
Translate business goals into marketing strategies, growth initiatives, campaigns, and measurable KPIs.
Build and continuously improve TruEstates.ai's digital growth strategy across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Conduct competitor, market, audience,



and channel analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Establish scalable marketing processes, frameworks, and reporting systems.
Next-Gen Growth & Acquisition
Drive continuous, highly-qualified lead generation through modern search strategies, SEM, content marketing, and email pipelines.
Build acquisition strategies across organic, paid, social, content, partnerships, referral, and emerging digital channels.
Identify and test new acquisition channels to find scalable growth opportunities.
Develop strategies targeting buyers, sellers, investors, developers, brokers, and other real-estate audiences.
Own lead-generation targets and continuously improve lead quality, volume, and cost efficiency.
Performance & ROI Ownership
Manage, optimize, and aggressively scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other major platforms.
Own marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend.
Define and monitor CAC, CP
