As we enter our next phase of growth, we are building a stronger Revenue Engine and are looking for a Sales Lead – B2B Technology & Consulting who can take ownership of new business development and revenue generation.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on sales leader and individual contributor who can build pipeline, create conversations, develop opportunities and close business. You will work closely with the Founder initially and gradually take ownership of the complete new-business sales cycle.

Your mandate is straightforward:
Create Pipeline → Build Opportunities → Close Business → Build a Repeatable Sales Engine

As the business scales, you will have the opportunity to build and lead the outbound sales team.

What You Will Own
1.



New Business Development
Identify and pursue target B2B accounts
Build relationships with business owners, founders, sales leaders and other decision-makers
Develop new opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships and existing networks
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, calling and other channels to create conversations
Build and maintain a healthy current-business pipeline
2. Sales & Exploration Conversations
Conduct initial business and Exploration Calls with prospects
Understand business objectives, existing processes, challenges and desired outcomes
Qualify opportunities based on business fit, need, urgency, decision-making and commercial potential
Coordinate with consulting/delivery teams where deeper solution discussions are required
3. Opportunity Management & Closing
Own opportunities from qualification through closure
Develop proposals and commercial recommendati
