Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development & Marketing Executive in the CEO’s Office.



The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing lead pipelines, and supporting the CEO with strategic market research and partner outreach. The executive will help craft and execute marketing campaigns, develop sales collateral and presentations, and coordinate events, webinars, and customer demos focused on Greenvironment’s smart water & energy management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining CRM data, preparing business proposals, analyzing market and competitor data, and generating regular reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong client relat
ionships.
