Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for a variety of roles within Shine Logistics.



Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, preparing and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring an efficient and inclusive selection process. The recruiter will also support onboarding activities, maintain HR records related to recruitment, and help optimize recruitment strategies and employer branding. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jammu & Kashmir, India, requiring close coordination with both local and international teams.
Qualifications
Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Skills in creating job descriptions, managing job postings, and maintaining applicant tracking or HR information systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional team
