Role Description The Sales Associate role at Tata Capital is a full-time, in office position based in Devli. The individual in this role will engage with walk-in and sourced customers, explain loan and finance products, and support them through the application and documentation process. Daily tasks include generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing customers,



and meeting assigned sales and conversion targets. The Sales Associate will coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth processing, maintain accurate records in company systems, and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves participating in local marketing activities, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales practices.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage diverse retail and SME customers.
Solid communication and negotiation skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
Basic financial understanding and numerical aptitude to explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
