We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with 1 4 years of hands-on US IT Staffing experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment for technical requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder and other US job portals.
Work extensively on W2 and C2C requirements.
Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
Strong understanding of W2, C2C, EAD, CPT & OPT work authorizations.
Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls.
Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up through the interview and hiring process.
Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and database.




Take complete ownership of assigned requirements and drive them toward closure.
Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and submission goals.

Required Skills

1 4 years of US IT Recruitment experience
Hands-on experience with US Staffing / US IT Recruitment
Strong experience using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder or similar sourcing platforms.
Valuable knowledge of technical positions and IT skill sets.
Strong understanding of W2, C2C, EAD, CPT & OPT.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and committed to closures.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
