Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Module Lead with a strong background in Node.js and React to lead our development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality software solutions. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, and the candidate should be eager to learn and contribute to Salesforce-related projects.
Responsibilities
Lead software development from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Utilize Node.js and React to develop and maintain web applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders,
providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, particularly in Node.js, React, and Salesforce.
Mandatory Skills
Robust proficiency in Node.js is a deal breaker.
Extensive experience with React for building user interfaces.
Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Salesforce and its ecosystem.

Qualifications
