At Manifest Outlet, we’re building a hobby-centric brand around premium building block car models for car enthusiasts. We primarily cater to GenZ customers who enjoy hands-on hobbies, creativity, and the satisfaction of building something themselves.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative strategies for social media campaigns and advertisements
Work on Instagram content strategy and brand positioning
Write high-converting ad scripts that drive engagement, clicks, sales and not just reach
Research Instagram trends, competitor content, and audience behaviour to inform content direction
Identify and test new growth channels for customer acquisition
Assist in brand storytelling, content planning,



and creative ideation

What We’re Looking For
Good understanding of social media, especially Instagram and the kind of content that gets people to stop, watch, and engage.
Creative thinker who can come up with content ideas, hooks, and storytelling that improve performance.
Good communication and proficient in writing simple yet engaging scripts that can bring conversions.
Actively follows social media trends and has a valuable sense of what works and what doesn’t.
Familiarity with Canva and basic photo/video editing software is a plus.
Experience working with E-commerce brands is a plus, not mandatory.

What You'll Get
Full-time CTC: ₹3–5 LPA compensation based on skills and relevant experience.
For Freshers: 3 month paid internship + full-time opportunity.
