You'll use AI day-to-day to do the work of a much bigger product org - building the systems, not just briefing them.

What you'll do
Build an AI-powered shopping assistant that'll help users find and buy products of their choice from scratch
Own the D2C product roadmap end to end - site experience, checkout, catalog and sizing, post-purchase - for a small, fast-moving team
Build and ship AI-powered customer experience: sizing/support concierge on site or WhatsApp, review and support-ticket synthesis, personalized product recommendations
Use AI-assisted forecasting to guide inventory and reorder decisions with our manufacturing partners
Run experiments directly on the storefront - pricing, bundles, PDP, checkout - and own the read on what moved the P&L;
Partner with design and ops on new SKUs and materials, from customer insight through to shelf
Stand up lightweight internal tooling and dashboards yourself (AI copilots plus code where needed) - there's no dedicated data team to hand this to
Turn reviews, tickets, and surveys into a weekly insight digest,



using LLMs to do the first pass so you can focus on the judgment calls

Must have
4+ years in product management, with real ownership of a D2C or consumer product end to end (or significant amount of experience working on consumer internet products)
Genuinely hands-on with AI tools - you prompt, evaluate, and ship LLM-powered workflows yourself, not just consume AI output from others
Strong data literacy - comfortable pulling and reading Shopify/GA data unaided
A bias to ship - you've worked somewhere small enough that the PM also writes the brief, tests the flow, and fixes what's broken
Excellent written communication - this role reports directly to the founders

Experience with the Shopify ecosystem (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta/Google Ads)
Some exposure to apparel or physical-goods supply chains
