Job Title: Senior Implementation Analyst

Experience: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities

Execute implementation activities across lifecycle phases
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and

ensure accurate system configurations and rule setups

Configure product modules based on client workflows and requirements
Validate configurations through UAT support and scenario testing and troubleshoot

configuration issues during implementation and post go-live

Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering,



customer

success, and support to drive smooth implementations

Identify and escalate risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate status

updates to stakeholders regularly

Foster robust client relationships to support retention and identify opportunities for

upselling or expansion

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field
Hands-on experience in implementations of SaaS products, preferably in healthcare

or healthtech sectors

Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards (HL7, FHIR, X12)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
Willingness to work overlapping time zones

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems (EHR, EMR)
