About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Facilities / Senior Facilities Manager to lead end-to-end facilities operations across multiple managed office locations. This leadership role is responsible for operational excellence, technical reliability, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, vendor governance,



and outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead facilities operations across multiple locations and standardize SOPs.
• Oversee MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, DG, Fire & Safety, CCTV, Access Control, UPS, Elevators, STP/WTP and BMS.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance for maximum uptime.
• Manage asset lifecycle, maintenance schedules, and asset registers.
• Lead vendor selection, AMC negotiations, SLA monitoring, and performance reviews.
• Prepare and manage annual facilities budgets and drive cost optimization.
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety audits, insurance coordination, and regulatory inspections.
• Act as the senior escalation point for facility-related issues and ensure minimal operational disruption.
