Role Description The Sales Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based at Sunday Design’s experience center in New Delhi. This role involves welcoming and engaging visitors, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable furniture and design solutions that reflect the brand’s values.



The Sales Ambassador will conduct product demonstrations, share material and design details, prepare quotations, and support customers through the purchasing process and after-sales follow-ups. Responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, updating product knowledge, coordinating with design and operations teams for orders, and accurately handling documentation and basic reporting. The role also requires participating in promotional activities, collecting customer feedback, and contributing to a memorable showroom experience that strengthens the brand’s presence.
Qualifications
Strong sales, client engagement, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer preferences and guide purchasing decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including explicit spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi or additional languages is an advantage.
