Responsibilities
Internal Communications:
Develop and write internal communication for organization-wide HR initiatives, leadership messages, employee engagement campaigns, policy communication, and change management initiatives.Create compelling copy for emails, newsletters, announcements, posters, and other employee communication material.Develop communication calendars and ensure timely execution of planned campaigns.Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and communication standards across all employee touchpoints.
Provide creative direction on visual communication to ensure messaging effectiveness.Capture and communicate success stories, employee achievements, and business accomplishments.Work with design teams or external agencies to conceptualize posters, infographics, digital creatives, videos, and campaign collateral.
Leadership Communications
Draft speeches, talking points, scripts for the MD & CEO and CHRO, and HR senior leadership team.Support leadership events, town halls, employee forums, and recognition events
Culture & Employer Branding
Create content for Annual Reports, Integrated Reports, ESG reports, Culture Reports, and other external publications showcasing people practices.
Rewards & Recognition
Timely and accurate distribution of rewards with minimal operational issues.Support the execution of the organization's Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) programs, ensuring a seamless employee experience.Coordinate the distribution and communication of rewards and recognition collateral across the organ
