Role Description

The AI Sales Intern at Growfis is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This is part sales, part consulting: you'll identify ops-heavy businesses — MSMEs, D2C brands, early-stage startups, and larger companies — understand how they operate today,



and pitch concrete AI automation solutions in collaboration with our product team.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Prospecting: Build a pipeline of ops-heavy businesses — manufacturers, D2C/e-commerce brands, logistics-dependent companies, and service businesses with heavy back-office work — using LinkedIn, industry directories, local networks, and your own creativity.
Discovery: Talk to founders and ops heads. Map their workflows — where are people copying data between spreadsheets, chasing WhatsApp messages, or manually reconciling payments?
Consulting: Translate pain points into AI automation opportunities. Explain in plain language what can be automated, roughly how (AI agents, integrations, workflow tools), what it costs, and what it saves.
Pitching & closing: Prepare short proposals and demos with the team, present them, handle objections, and drive deals to close.
