We're hiring an Business Consultant at Emilda & Co.

This is the person who sits across from a 55-year-old business owner, earns his trust in 15 minutes, asks the questions nobody else asks anymore, and turns three hours of conversation into a explicit picture of what is actually broken in his business.

Location : Calicut (In office role)
Salary Package: ₹45K–50K/month.

Immediate Joiner needed

What you'll actually do:
Sit in 8–10 client meetings with the CEO, absorbing the method
Run diagnostic interviews independently — 2–3 hour deep conversations with business owners
Use Claude, Notebook LLM, and our internal AI workflows to turn those interviews into process maps, real org charts, and Business X-Ray reports
Co-pitch with the CEO and lead pitches




Hand clean Deal Briefs to the delivery team once a deal closes
Stay as the relationship anchor through the first 30 days of delivery

What we want:
2–4 years of work where you had to talk to humans for a living.
You speak Malayalam and English well enough to interview a 60-year-old without translation.
You already use Claude or ChatGPT seriously.
You're curious about how other people's businesses actually work and You can read a room.
