We are seeking a Sr. Test Automation Engineer with strong experience in Playwright and/or Selenium to design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and performant software delivery across web platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Playwright is a must and/or Selenium.
Python – Scripting language is desirable.
Create and execute automated and manual test cases covering:
Functional Testing
API Testing
Mobile Testing
Integration Testing
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements, especially within Banking and Insurance domain applications
Ensure compliance with ISTQB best practices and standards for test design and execution
Actively contribute within Agile/Scrum teams using Azure DevOps (AzDo) for sprint planning, test management, defect tracking, and reporting
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
Analyze test results, identify defects early
