ABOUT THE PROGRAMME & ROLE PURPOSE
The Pind Future Leaders Programme (Marketing) is PUL's flagship management-trainee route into brand and category leadership. Trainees are placed on live brands from day one, owning a measurable piece of brand P&L;, go-to-market execution, and consumer strategy under the guidance of a Brand Manager mentor. The role is built to convert strategic marketing frameworks learned in the classroom into in-market decisions - pricing, media mix, channel activation,
and innovation - within a fast-moving FMCG portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Category Strategy: Support annual brand plans - consumer/market insight generation, competitive tracking, and portfolio/pricing recommendations.
Go-to-Market Execution: Own execution of campaign launches and in-store activation plans in partnership with sales, supply chain, and creative/media agencies.
Consumer & Data Insight: Translate research, digital analytics, and sales-out data into actionable briefs for brand and media decisions.
Rural / GTM Immersion: Complete a field posting in distribution/sales to build ground-level understanding of the route-to-market before returning to brand role.
Digital & Performance Marketing: Manage media briefs across digital platforms; track ROI, reach, and funnel metrics against brand KPIs.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D;, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agency partners to deli
