ll Actually Be Doing

1. Culture Scouting & Onboarding
Spot, pitch, and sign the next generation of digital talent before everyone else catches on.
Onboard new talent cleanly and build a 360 degree vision for their growth trajectory.
2. Deal Architecture & Commercials
Pitch creators to top brands, agencies, and platforms.
Negotiate contracts, lock high value deals, and maximize revenue streams without compromising creator authenticity.
3. Content Strategy & Trend Forecasting
Collaborate directly with creators on content direction, hooks, and formats.
Predict viral audio/formats early and help creators execute while the iron is hot.

Relationship & Ecosystem Management
Be the primary sounding board, strategist, and buffer for our talent roster.
Maintain strong, long term relationships with brands, PR agencies, and production houses across the industry.
