Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (in-office) Type: Full time | Experience: 3–6 years Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month

We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for someone who can own a client relationship end-to-end and make it their own — strategy, content, execution, reporting, the works — without needing to be told what to do next.
If you've ever felt boxed in by a role that only let you "execute," this is the opposite of that.

What you'll actually do
Independently manage client accounts — planning, content, execution, reporting
Own client conversations and relationships directly
Use AI tools as a core part of how you work — not an afterthought
Guide junior team members and raise the bar on what gets shipped
Bring ideas to the table, not just deliver briefs

What you bring
3–6 years in digital marketing, agency experience preferred




A track record of managing clients independently — not just executing what someone else planned
Fluency with AI tools in your daily workflow — this is non-negotiable
Sharp written and verbal communication
Comfort with Canva or similar; video editing is a bonus, not a requirement
A self-starter mindset — we're a small team and everyone here owns their work
