Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Company Secretary role based in Bengaluru. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, including maintaining company records, preparing board and shareholder meeting agendas,



drafting minutes, and filing required returns with relevant authorities. The role includes advising the leadership team on corporate governance, supporting the board with legal and compliance matters, and coordinating with external legal and regulatory bodies as needed. The Company Secretary will manage documentation related to company policies, resolutions, and contracts, and support secretarial activities for group entities as applicable. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve monitoring changes in corporate laws, implementing governance best practices, and collaborating with finance and leadership teams on matters such as audits, disclosures, and corporate actions.
Qualifications
Professional qualification as Company Secretary (CS), with valid membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Solid knowledge of corporate laws, company law compliance, SEBI and listing regulation
