Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Service Representative role based in Patna. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information on products, services, and order status. Daily tasks include logging and tracking customer issues, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, service, and logistics, and ensuring timely resolution of concerns. The role involves maintaining detailed records,



following up proactively with customers, and supporting after-sales service activities to enhance customer satisfaction. The representative will also contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and participating in process enhancements.
Qualifications

Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction.
Skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, including handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Experience working as a Customer Service Representative or in similar customer-facing roles.
Strong communication skills in English and local languages, with clear verbal and written abilities.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a calm and professional approach.
Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, CRM tools, and office applications.
