Role Description The Relationship Manager (Field Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role involves meeting prospective and existing business customers, presenting TradeIndia’s B2B solutions,



and driving subscriptions and revenue through field sales activities. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term client relationships, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable digital and marketing solutions available on the platform. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, scheduling client visits, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, ensuring timely service delivery, and regularly following up with clients to support renewals, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, field sales, negotiation, and deal closing.
Customer relationship management abilities, with experience in client servicing, account management, and stakeholder communication.
