About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales (B2 C) to drive student enrolments and revenue across our B2 C business. The role requires strong sales execution, parent counselling, team management and ownership of the complete sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities Own and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue & enrolment targets. Manage the complete sales funnel: Lead → Counselling → Follow-up → Conversion → Enrolment. Conduct parent counselling, handle objections and close high-intent prospects. Lead, mentor and monitor a team of Sales Executives / Counsellors. Track conversion, pipeline, follow-ups and individual/team productivity.



Identify sales bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve conversion. Maintain CRM discipline and prepare regular sales performance reports. Work closely with Marketing & Operations teams to improve lead quality and sales efficiency.

What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in B2 C / Inside Sales, preferably Ed Tech, Education or Consumer Services. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team. Robust communication, counselling, negotiation and closing skills. Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics. Comfortable with CRM, Excel / Google Sheets and sales dashboards. High ownership, target orientation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.

Preferred: Experience in K–12/Ed Tech sales, high-ticket B2 C sales.
