Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Trainee to join our team and support business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and developing relationships in the international AEC/Engineering market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients, particularly in the USA market.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, and other channels.
Assist with client outreach, follow-ups, proposals, and presentations.
Maintain and manage prospect and lead databases.
Coordinate with the business development team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
Track outreach activities, responses, and business development progress.
Requirements
6 months- 1.5 year of prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable understanding of lead generation and B2B sales.
Proficiency with LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Interest in the AEC/Engineering consulting industry is a plus.
