We are looking for an experienced Lead – Brand Partnerships to drive revenue growth through brand partnerships and influencer marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the digital, influencer marketing, social media, and advertising ecosystem, along with a proven track record of acquiring and growing brand accounts.
This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with brands and agencies, pitching influencer-led campaigns, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition and revenue generation across brands and agencies.
Identify and build relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Digital Heads, Media Agencies, and Creative Agencies.
Develop a strong pipeline of prospective brands and ensure consistent business conversion.
Pitch and sell influencer marketing, creator campaigns, content-led.
Understand client requirements and work closely with internal teams to create effective campaign proposals and solutions.




Own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to pitching, negotiation, closure, and account growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and campaign solutions.
Build long-term relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Track industry trends, competitor activity, creator economy developments, and emerging brand requirements.
Work closely with the influencer/creator, campaign, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, revenue projections, and pipeline reports.
Meet and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Represent the company at relevant industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
