? Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and territory development, with a focus on industrial or safety products.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage pipelines, and negotiate contracts effectively.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Basic understanding of fall protection, occupational safety or related technical concepts with willingness to undergo product training.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office and standard sales reporting methods.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or a related field, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Prior experience in sales within construction, industrial safety, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial.
